Frederic Raphael
Frederic Raphael (born 1931) is a noted screenwriter, as well as a prolific novelist and journalist. He won an Oscar for the screenplay for the 1965 movie Darling, starring Julie Christie, Dirk Bogarde and Laurence Harvey. His articles and book reviews appear in a number of newspapers and magazines, including the Los Angeles Times. He has published more than twenty novels, as well as several history books, collections of essays and translations.
