Giulio Andreotti

Giulio Andreotti (born 14 January 1919 in Rome) is an Italian political figure who served as prime minister of Italy seven times. He has been accused and convicted of having Mafia contacts, although he avoided formal conviction due to statutory limitations. He is often considered to have a strong sense of irony.
