Swiss health economist and author, born 1939. He is the author of the book "Vorsicht, Medizin!" (1995). The third edition was published in 2006 and contains 1555 aphorisms as well as 88 cartoons (h.e.p. Verlag/Ott Verlag, Berne, Switzerland, 298 p., ISBN 3-7225-0048-6).
