Richard Crawshaw, Baron Crawshaw of Aintree, known as Dick Crawshaw (September 25, 1917July 16, 1986) was elected as a British Labour Party Member of Parliament in 1964 but left, or "defected" as the media reported to join the SDP in 1981.
