This is not by Shakespeare, but from "Aphorisms from Shakespeare", Capel Lofft, 1812, a book that rewrites Shakespeare text as aphorisms. It's based on the lines... Hermia: I would my father look'd but with my eyes. Theseus: Rather your eyes must with his judgment look. ... in "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
