That is certainly a "lack thinking" perspective. Security doesn't come from cutting your expenditures to the bone. It has to do with using your money wisely, living on less than you make (regardless of how much that is) and working with a vehicle that can provide more money for what you need. If you don't like where you are financially, do something different. DEFINE what you want in life, LEARN from someone who is doing and has what you want, DO what they do.
