there is a relation. like as in, freedom does not have to mean like being liberated, it's saying like he has a choice on whether he wants to be good or not, and he can choose to use his powers (or he is free) to do whatever he wants with it. So he takes responsibility and sees responsibility with this great freedom he has, I guess :) or it doesn't have to be like a super-hero type of person, it could be just a regular person, but then he has a freedom to the same with his life, as much as a superhero does. So that's what it's talking about, I'm guessing :)
