Very true, because a feeble government has poor leadership and also doesn't govern based upon principles for the good of the populace. America currently is a prime example. We have poor leadership in the White House and many of the House Representatives. They try to govern upon their own whims and not the principles upon which our country was established. The ensuing result is uncertainty in the financial and business sectors, international failure in regard to respect (because we flip-flop and appear weak), with we, the general public suffering with very high unemployment, poor education system, housing markets flat/deteriorating, etc.
