If it weren't for people who were dreaming, the "resolute workers" wouldn't have anything to work at. There is a big difference though between a dreamer and a daydreamer. A dreamer is someone who is willing to work for what they have envisioned, and the daydreamer is someone who just wishes without having the drive to work towards anything.
