Those 4 items are important, but what God cares about is the individuals within the church Body and their obedience to Him. God doesn't care a whit about a building or even a group of people who get together to "play church". He cares that each individual trusts Jesus as their personal Savior, and then living their life in obedience according to God's Word. They will then be excited to do the other 4 things listed.
